He has a proven track record identifying new products and markets, expanding sales and increasing customer base in Healthcare IT sector including Clinical Trials Data Integration and Electronic Health Records. 

Chandresh has served on Board of Advisors at CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium), a Pharmaceutical Standards organization.

“My journey with Healthcare started in 1991 when my brother introduced me to Electronic SOAP notes. This was nothing but a glorified word processor at that time. However, I could immediately see the benefits and potential for a physician that spends a lot of time charting. I would see my physician friends coming home with loads of paper charts, spending hours going through paperwork, sometimes on weekends. Surely, that was not a Doctor’s life was meant to be!

Later, my involvement with Clinical Trials data management brought me to a realization that the wealth of information at a provider’s office can be of immense value to improve the public health; everything from pharmacovigilance, to preventing Adverse events – ultimately avoiding another Vioxx situation!

Everything is coming together with Waiting Room Solutions for me.

This is the first solution I found that takes care of both Patient and Provider. Most electronic medical record solutions are meant for getting rid of paper and converting patient data into a digital format. Most of these are so cumbersome to use that the provider actually ends up working harder.

What I liked most was that Waiting Room Solutions was designed to make the entire business of Medical Practice efficient – giving providers control of their own lives.”
